By creating an account or using Vepru, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.
2Description of Service
Vepru provides an AI-powered platform that automatically analyzes, categorizes, and responds to Google Business Profile reviews on behalf of registered business owners. The service integrates with the Google Business Profile API to publish responses.
3User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vepru to publish false, defamatory, or misleading content; violate any applicable laws or Google's policies; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform; or use the service for any unauthorized commercial purposes.
5Subscriptions & Billing
Vepru operates on a subscription basis. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
6Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Vepru — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Vepru and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
7Limitation of Liability
Vepru is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
9Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
