At Vepru, we stand behind the quality of our service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may be eligible for a refund.

114-Day Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to Pro features — no credit card required. During the trial period, you are not charged and no refund is applicable.

2Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if: (a) You request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge; (b) You have not exceeded 50 AI-generated replies in that billing period; (c) You have not violated our Terms of Service. Refund requests made after 7 days of the charge date will not be honored unless there is a verified technical issue attributable to Vepru.

3Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for: partial months used after a cancellation; charges from previous billing periods; add-on features purchased separately; accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations; or situations where the service was fully operational and you simply changed your mind after the 7-day window.

4Service Outages

If Vepru experiences a verified service outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours within a billing period, affected users will receive a pro-rata credit applied to their next billing cycle. This credit is not redeemable for cash.

5How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@vepru.com with your registered email address, your reason for the refund request, and the date of charge. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

6Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

7Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not trigger an automatic refund for the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current period.

8Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and posted on this page with an updated date.
